[Case Study of Exhaust Gas Treatment Equipment] Miyoshi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Delivered in 2007
Introducing a case that solved exhaust gas treatment issues in production equipment with significant fluctuations in concentration and air volume.
We would like to introduce a case where exhaust gas treatment equipment was delivered to Sanho Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. When designing exhaust gas treatment equipment, the maximum processing capacity of the equipment is determined by the maximum airflow and maximum concentration of the emitted exhaust gas. Therefore, if the airflow decreases or the concentration becomes lower, operating with fixed parameters that match the maximum processing capacity results in significant energy loss. To address this issue, a mode change function that allows operation tailored to the production process was proposed and adopted, achieving substantial energy savings. [Case Overview] ■Challenges - Significant energy loss occurs when operating with fixed parameters that match the maximum processing capacity if the airflow decreases or the concentration becomes lower. ■Results - Added a mode change function that allows operation tailored to the production process. - Achieved substantial energy savings. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
